Biscuit Eater Bakery came to be when Misty (wife) who loved baking wanted desperately to also be a cake/cupcake decorator.  There was one problem....She has no artistic talent.  In steps her hero Gary (husband) who is in fact supremely artistic to save the day (as usual).  Their combined talents equaled a partnership which allowed them to make a little extra money while working together on something they enjoy!

Misty and Gary actually tried their hand at a commercial bakery in 2014, but decided that sleep was a little more important than they had once thought.  So they kept their day jobs in public education and went back to the cottage food bakery setup.  Now they are at it again with a commercial shop in the Lufkin Mall.  Only this time....their kids, Tristin & Trinity are old enough to help out and they have the awesome Hailey and Mason to round out the team!

Oh!  The name....well Misty's great grandmother who inspired much of her baking passions used to exclaim, "Son of a biscuit eater," when she was frustrated in the kitchen.  Voila!  The name was born.
